• Equinox Marketing Agency provides digital marketing, branding, ASO, design, and related consultancy services.
• The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in the service agreement, proposal, or invoice.

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• GST will be applied as per government regulations (GSTIN: 10GRCPR1650E1Z8).
• We accept bank transfer, UPI, or officially communicated methods.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

• Services once initiated cannot be canceled.
• Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
• Duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded after verification.

• Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and approvals required for project execution.
• Any delays (late feedback, incomplete information) may extend timelines.
• Clients are responsible for the legality of provided content (text, images, videos, etc.).

• All creative assets, campaigns, and deliverables remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• After payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• We do not guarantee specific results (sales, rankings, etc.), as they depend on external factors.

• Both parties agree to keep project details, strategies, and proprietary info confidential.
• Confidentiality obligations continue even after agreement termination.

• Either party may terminate with written notice if the other breaches terms.
• Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Patna/Bihar.
